  • "I've done yoga a few times and never really 'got into it.' I recently attended a couples retreat with my husband where we did yoga with Sandra and I can honestly say that I enjoyed her sessions. But she taught us different techniques to do certain positions to where we weren’t hurting our bodies and also introduced props to help us be more comfortable and able to do it.
