"I've done yoga a few times and never really 'got into it.' I recently attended a couples retreat with my husband where we did yoga with Sandra and I can honestly say that I enjoyed her sessions. My husband is a veteran and suffers from lower back pain and other stuff. But she taught us different techniques to do certain positions to where we weren’t hurting our bodies and also introduced props to help us be more comfortable and able to do it. I did yoga Nidra for the first time with Sandra and boy, did it work!!! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time.
